Solana Group reorganizes management

By mutual agreement, Torsten Spill will leave the Solana Group at the end of June 2020. The shareholders would like to thank Torsten Spill for the successful cooperation over the past 12 years, during which he has driven the growth and internationalization of the group of companies as Managing Director and has been a strong advocate for Solana's interests in industry associations.

Best wishes accompany Torsten Spill in his professional future as an independent consultant, coach and organizational developer.

Following Torsten Spill's departure, the group of companies will be jointly managed by Leo von Kameke and Tobias Mette, supported by the divisional managers Jens Schlüter (Head of Finance), Gunther Stiewe (Head of R & D) and Philip Körkemeyer (Head of Agriculture).
