Princess
Princess is an early, high yielding table potato and salad variety with cooking type A-B. This variety shows very regular oval tuber shape and deep yellow flesh color. Princess owns excellent culinary qualities, very suitable for washing and prepacking even immediately after harvest. Resistant to PCN Ro1; very high resistance to late blight; high resistance to rhizoctonia, common scab, internal rust spot and mechanical damage. Princess is also well suited for the organic production and the production of baby potatoes.
