The excellent taste and its smooth skin in combination with an appealing yellow flesh make Pocahontas suitable for the premium ware potato market. Besides the very even grading, this variety convinces with excellent tolerances against Rhizoctonia, Phytophthora, internal defects as well as the outstanding attribute in terms of second growth. Resistant to PCN Ro 1 and potato wart disease 1.
